CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your order has been confirmed and you need to cancel, you are welcome to reschedule for another day or Store Credit will be issued with a 12 month expiry date - There will not be a cash refund(please make your 100% before making a purchase).
In the unfortunate circumstance that your balloon bursts while in the duty of your care, please note we will be able to remake the balloon at an additional charge of $20 provided all the balloon stock (minus the Latex balloon) are returned to us.
If your balloon contained a personalized sticker, you will be charged the full price to remake the sticker($15.00).
Please note remaking your balloon will be based on our availability so please handle our balloons with care.
